Child labour is always a problem in India and the biggest cause of the problem is poverty and illiteracy. Boys are helping hands for their parents for earning breads. The government policies have been proved as insufficient in eradicating this problem.

The governments in state have never given any serious thought to stop the practice of child labour. We can easily find working children in roadside dhabas and dhabas near government offices too. It is still unstoppable even when a law is in place to stop it.

This shows India is not sensitive about basic needs and well being of its children, the future of this country. No law can force sensitivity. The children are generally taken for granted and abused in this country. If child labour cannot be eliminated then atleast right wages, good working conditions, right to education and other child rights can be ensured and enforced.

child labour is not a problem in India, actual problem is poverty. Nobody want that there children done this job. But they cant do anything about it. Government policies is totally failed to reduce the poverty line thats why children is not going to school they are going for labour job to help for their parents.
