Exercise is great for so many things in life, not just your appearance as we all know. Another thing is...you take care of yourself during the day and go to sleep at night on a pillow that pushes the wrinkles into your skin at night. I found a great pillow that helps keep the results from the exercise you do during the day and the other skin care things you do for yourself. I found this the other day when I was searching for anti-aging home treatments...www.beautypillow.com.
