Prevention is better than cure. Access to HIV drugs is only halfway to preventing the rate of AIDs’ mortality.
Investing on education and media campaigns may be expensive but these have lasting effects. The HIV-infected should be the ones to be at the forefront in teaching the uninfected how to prevent the disease. In this way, others will seriously listen to their reminders.
