We have owned a Talkswitch phone system for about 5 years. Recently, we looked at a few other systems just to make sure we are still making the right choice, including Cisco. Our company is a smaller company, and, I find the offerings out there simply not useful for smaller companies like ours. Way too much money for too little, and far too complex as well. If you are a smaller company, maybe 50 users or less, don’t even bother with these complex phone systems from Cisco et al, take a look at Talkswitch phone system. Easy to manage, by ourselves. But when needed, we found our vendor, Power Systems, was more than able to help us out.
Can they compete with skype?
I like free but would not recommend for a business phone system to use skype for business I would go we Cisco
