We have owned a Talkswitch phone system for about 5 years. Recently, we looked at a few other systems just to make sure we are still making the right choice, including Cisco. Our company is a smaller company, and, I find the offerings out there simply not useful for smaller companies like ours. Way too much money for too little, and far too complex as well. If you are a smaller company, maybe 50 users or less, don’t even bother with these complex phone systems from Cisco et al, take a look at Talkswitch phone system. Easy to manage, by ourselves. But when needed, we found our vendor, Power Systems, was more than able to help us out.
Seems like a tight competition going on and If you are a smaller company, maybe 50 users or less, don’t even bother with these complex phone systems from Cisco et al
