I didn’t even have to read this entire article to respond. I think one major reason might be the enhanced versions of cannabis that exist. Quick sprays and chemicals change how the human body responds over time.
I’d also like to say that this article is pretty empty. Even if the statistics are all perfectly correct there is clearly no actual evidence given to support the claim. Only generic conjecture made by the supporters of criminalization of marijuana.

Cannabis, as an active ingredient for marijuana, has addicting effects. This is illegal, although some scientists are making researches of possibly using this as an ingredient in some medical preparations.
But studies have already shown that some of its bad effects to the body, especially when taken in large amounts, are euphoria, hyperactivity, nausea and other damaging effects to the brain and human behavior.

I’ve never in my life known euphoria to have damaging effects to the brain or in fact cause anything bad at all. I also wonder what you think about alcohol’s legal status because it can kill you the very first time you use it. Pretty dangerous if you ask me.
